Local Contract
What a contract on local terms means will depend highly on where you are going to be employed. Generally there will be no hardship premium, cost of living uplift or home-leave ticket but transport and housing may still be provided.

What may be difficult to establish is whether the compensation package offered to you is competitive in the 'local' market too. Finding this out may not be easy, we will try and find reviews and surveys and list them in the appropriate country sites and you may try our respective message boards. The cost of living factors as discussed in the 'expat package' section and on the respective country sites may still be able to help you to determine what you can buy for your buck.
