Home leave arrangement generally differ for those sent on a 'bachelor status' and those sent 'with family'. There are also differences between companies but generally a family gets a company ticket once a year and a bachelor 3 or 4 times a year.

Check the contract for provisions should anything happen to your next of kin in your homeland or assignment location.

Here too tickets may occasionally be seen as 'income'.
