XpatXperience is a site that has been set-up by expatriates, not professional tax advisors, not professional realtors, not insurers or bankers but 'professional expats' that want to try and give you some of the information they would have liked to have had.
The information on these pages is therefor based on personal experiences that have been generalised as much as possible but ... every situation is unique. If you are a Venezuelan reading this moving to Germany you will face the same general problems as a Japanese moving to Canada but you are different, the host country and culture are different and of course all legal details will be different.
XpatXperience has started building country-specific sites to give you specific country-related information but we hope this site will get you started.
